Advance Your Skills with Journeyman Continuing Education
IBEW Local 26 offers Journeyman Continuing Education classes taught by our skilled JATC instructors. These classes are an excellent opportunity to learn specific electrical skills, helping you advance in the industry. These classes also serve as valuable preparation for obtaining necessary licenses. Courses are available in the Spring and Fall each year. All classes commence at 5:00 p.m. and run for approximately 2½ to 3 hours.
Registration, Fees, and Certification Details
A non-refundable class fee of $25.00 (Money Order only) is due on the first night of class—please do not mail payments.
The class fee structure is based on multiples of $15:
Safety classes: $15
Residential 7-week classes: $30
Full Semester classes: $60
Requirements
All participants must register for classes through their Trade School account; money orders are not accepted for class registration.
Continuing Education credits are awarded for all code-related classes, which can be used to fulfill jurisdictional license renewal requirements.
Participants who miss no more than one class will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Class sizes are limited and will be filled in the order that registrations are received.
